refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions to Dear the Stars, operated by Vlera Sejdaj on behalf of Urtina Sejdaj, the Paddle account holder. Your order is processed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd., who acts as Merchant of Record.
14-day refund window
Dear the Stars is a small, hand-tended service. Every subscription helps pay for the time and care that goes into writing personal replies, designing new themes, and keeping the diary running. Because premium access, custom themes, fonts, and animated backgrounds are digital and delivered the moment you subscribe, refunds are limited.
You can request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase only, and only if you have not used priority replies or downloaded/exported premium content during that period. After 14 days, or after using those features, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Renewals (any charge after your first one) are non-refundable — please cancel before your next billing date if you don't want to continue.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one within the 14-day window, visit paddle.net (search using the email you used at checkout) or contact us through the support email inside the app.
Cancellation (anytime)
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep premium features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancellation on its own is not a refund.
Exceptions
We will always honour statutory refund rights you have under your local consumer-protection laws, even if this policy is stricter. If you were charged in error or the service was materially unavailable, contact us and we'll make it right.
